Warranty

All storm shutter products are fully covered by a limited warranty for varying times. The individual warranties are fully described on the individual product information pages. A simple guide is all metal shutter parts are warranted for one year from date of purchase. Motors are covered by the manufacturer' warranty for a full 5 years. The manufacturer will repair or replace a defective motor upon return and examination by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover labor to remove or replace the motor or the freight to return the motor.

Finish of the powder coat products is for 2 years. Warranty of all wet coat enamel or lacquer finishes is limited to one year.

Damage due to misuse, carelessness, improper maintenance and or incorrect installation is not covered.

AGIgroup.com warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing for a period of 6 months from the date of order. Should you have a warranty issue, please contact customerservice@agigroup.com for a return authorization number (RA). The RA number will be emailed or faxed to you along with the address to ship the goods too. The RA number must be clearly marked on all packages shipped to us.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All packages must be shipped prepaid to the address provided with your return authorization. Any package returned without an RA number clearly marked on each package will be refused. The cost of the refused shipment will not be paid by Legends Direct, Inc.

The returned product will be inspected. If Legends Direct, Inc. determines the product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Legends Direct, Inc.

If the item was replaced or repaired under warranty, all shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer for return to Legends Direct, Inc.

We have found in many cases that damage thought to be warranty was caused by shipping and is NOT a warranty issue. If the returned item is damaged due to shipping or is not a warranty repair or replacement as judged during the initial inspection by the Legends Direct, Inc., all shipping costs and repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
