Return Policy

Custom Shutter orders cannot be cancelled once
they are in production nor can they be returned.

The customer will be responsible for freight costs, i.e for the original shipment and the return. In products where shipping cost is included in the cost of the product, this cost will be extracted from the published product price and charged back to the customer as part of the refund.

Legends Direct, Inc. will accept product returns under the following terms:

  • All returns must be approved by Legends Direct in writing or by E-mail.

  • A Return Authorization number (RA) will be assigned the item to be
    returned.

  • The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each carton.

  • Any returned items that are received without a Return Authorization number
    clearly marked on the outside of the carton will NOT be accepted by our
    receiving department. The shipper will return the goods to you. The cost of
    the return shipping to you will be at your expense.

  • The returned item must be in the original carton.

  • The item returned MUST be in saleable condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the handling of the product returned.

  • Credits will be issued by Legends Direct, Inc. after receiving and inspecting the
    returned product.

  • Credits will be issued for product only.

  • The item must be returned prepaid to the address provided on the Return
    Authorization.
