| Let's start with measuring/order forms. We offer printable measuring/order forms that I suggest you print out for each product you are ordering. The links to the right will take you to the appropriate forms.
Once you have the printed the correct forms, I suggest you go outside and start measuring the width and height of each opening and indicate the dimensions on the appropriate form. While measuring keep an eye out for the obstructions that may require special installation such as a light, window sills that stick out, decorative trim around the opening even another window too close. There are ways to provide a secure shutter in 99.9% of the cases, but we need to know about these challenges so we are able to provide the solution. OK, you have the measuring done. Each form has a different set of questions relating to that specific product. For example, the roll-up-style shutter needs more room above an opening than an accordion- style shutter. So, answer the questions as best you can while standing in front of the opening. That will eliminating trying to remember the details later on. Have a question on an opening? Simply write the question on the form and the assigned sales rep. will help you decide the best way to proceed. Don't worry if you are not sure of some detail. | Once we receive your completed forms, an experienced sales rep. will be assigned to work out the final details. Trust me, we have some "pros" that need our help.
Once the questions are all answered, we proceed to process your order through the order entry office. A detailed confirmation for each opening will be Emailed or faxed to you for your final confirmation. Your approval must be sent to us by Email or Fax before we can proceed. Your order, upon receipt of your confirmation and approval, will proceed to the credit department for credit card processing and then onto production. The storm shutter products we produce are custom made for your openings. Once the production begins and materials are cut, we won't be able to cancel your order. I am sure you can understand this as we won't be able to use the material efficiently for any other order. The production of your order once complete will be packed for shipping, and our shippers will send you an Email notify you that your order is on the way. We have produced and shipped literally thousands of orders to individuals and state and federal governments. We have shipped to 60 plus countries and have friends everywhere as a result.
