As the name implies, these tropically-inspired shutters originated in the Caribbean. While originally made of wood, our Legends durable aluminum Bahama Shutters provide hurricane protection while adding beauty to any home or business.

Unlike Colonial shutters, Bahamas are hinged at the top and are held open by telescopic arms.  When open, Bahama shutters allow filtered light and air circulation, while keeping direct sunlight out. In the event of a hurricane, the shutters can be easily closed and secured to provide high-performance storm protection.

Legends Bahamas shutters are made of high-grade aluminum, with stainless steel hardware and a durable powder-coat finish.
