Some browsers allow you to scale the size of a web page before you print. Generally, you will find this under File>Page Setup in your browser's menu bar. Set the Scale to about 80% or so. Then, the form will print nicely on one page. Otherwise, I suggest you download the PDF file, as it will print nicely without doing a thing. PDF files require Free Adobe Acrobat.
