This season we will work just as hard; however, we need your help. PLEASE, place your order ASAP so we can do our work to meet your needs. We won't be able to speed things up because a storm is threatening. We won't be able to promise delivery before a storm. We all know and have known that shutters are a necessary fact of life in hurricane-threatened areas. Procrastination will have you in line trying to buy plywood and other supplies when a little planning could have prevented the last-minute panic.

The demand for storm shutter products is up ten fold this season and that has caused delays in deliveries way beyond normal levels. We strive daily to work around the spot shortages by using all vendor sources available. However, even with our buying power, we will experience product delays at various times beyond our control and that of our vendors simply due to lack of raw materials. Our ability to guarantee product delivery is limited in some cases due to raw-material delivery delays, production interruptions due to equipment failures or power outages, delivery breakdowns or acts of the good Lord. Your understanding and patience will go a long way during these difficult periods.
